By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:
- Custom Order Approvals: Once you approve the design, spelling, and layout, Vinylish is not responsible for errors. Please double-check all names and dates.
- Supply Sales: To ensure the quality of our inventory, all sales of vinyl, DTF transfers, and un-pressed T-shirt blanks are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns on supplies once they have left the shop.
- Pickups & Abandoned Orders: Local pickup is available at our Downtown Waxahachie location. Orders not picked up within 60 days of completion will be considered abandoned and may be donated.
- Handmade Variance: Please note that because shirts are made-to-order, slight variations in color or placement may occur. This is the beauty of handmade, local goods!
- Limitation of Liability: Vinylish is not responsible for damage to items caused by improper washing, high-heat drying, or incorrect application of DIY supplies (vinyl/transfers) once they leave our care.
